Tango Bar
Tango Bar is a neighborhood bar and bottleshop at Sint-Paulusplaats in the city center of Antwerp. It’s an informal place to enjoy quality drinks accompanied by a carefully selected snack menu. Their drink menu includes cocktails, wines, beers, and more. What’s cool is that they bottle their cocktails themselves, so a selection of their drink menu is available for takeout at their bottle shop. Many ingredients are homemade. Their food menu includes matching snacks, small dishes, and bar food. At Tango, they believe in quality, without it having to cost extremely much. They want to be an accessible cocktail bar, because this is not always the case. Overall vibes are casual, low-key, and laid-back. Their interior and branding are super cool and trendy. It’s industrial but still cozy. I really LOVE their use of chrome and wooden details. And yes, they also have a large sunny terrace! From Wednesday to Saturday, they are open from 3pm to midnight. On Sundays, they are open from 12 noon to 8 pm. Prices for cocktails are between €9 and €13. Prices for wines by the glass are between €7,5 and €8,5. Prices for beers are between €3 and €7.
