I lived in NYC for 7 months back in 2019, and BonneBouch3 actually started indirectly from that experience. Alongside my culinary upbringing at home, my time in NYC really shaped my love for trying new things, having no boundaries, and being a little crazy when it comes to going anywhere just for food. I tried pretty much every food people told me was worth trying and would literally walk from one side of Manhattan to the other just to try a specific spot or dish.
