Nova Pinseria
Nova Pinseria is an Italian restaurant or ‘Pinseria’ located in the South of Antwerp. They make delicious pinsas (not pizzas!) for dinner, and on Tuesday, they are also open for lunch. But what is a pinsa? Pinsa is a style of hand-pressed pizza dough that has been a part of Roman artisan baking and cooking for over 100 years. With love for authenticity, quality, and originality, Nova Pinseria carefully selected their ingredients in collaboration with local Italian farms. Although their menu is limited in size (because this way they can always offer freshness), there is a choice between vegetarian pinsas, pinsas with meat or fish. The restaurant is run by a super friendly couple. The man is Italian and is the chef, the woman also works in the restaurant every now and then. Their interior is suuuper cosy. Most of it is Italian design, such as their chandeliers and glasses.
