Brandstof
Brandstof is a specialty coffee bar, bottle shop, breakfast, ànd lunch spot in Antwerp-Mortsel. Their menu includes classic breakfast dishes and specials with worldly influences. Overall, I would call it seasonal comfort food. They work with local partners such as @andyroasters and @_bloemberen , or local products fresh from the field. Oh, and they also serve different fresh pastries daily. What's so cool is that Brandstof is located in a train station building. Where the coffee bar is now, there used to be the counters for buying train tickets. A lot of elements and details of the station are still visible in their interior. It’s so unique. Even their name is a nod to the station. Their interior is also very trendy. I really love their hip and colorful bar. During summer, they have a large sunny terrace. Prices for breakfast dishes are between €5 and €14,5. Prices for brunch dishes are between €8,5 and €12. Prices for lunch dishes are between €10 and €14. Prices for pastries are between €3,5 and €5. Prices for hot drinks are between €3 and €4,2. Prices for beer are between €2,8 and €4.
