ARNO is an Italian fine dining restaurant in Ghent. They serve refined Italian cuisine built around pure ingredients and an extensive wine collection. The name is a nod to the Arno river that flows through Tuscany, a region that deeply inspires the chef. Their Tuscan kitchen brings together elegant flavors, high quality ingredients and warm hospitality in a refined yet accessible setting. The dishes are rooted in Italian traditions and prepared with seasonal products, allowing each ingredient to shine while still offering surprising touches. The menu was created by Chef Louis Verstrepen of @da.mimmo , with his former sous chef now leading the kitchen at ARNO. The interior is contemporary, warm and inviting, with a distinct Italian atmosphere. During summer, guests can also enjoy the terrace. At ARNO, you can experience a taste of Tuscany right in the heart of Ghent. The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner. Prices for the 4, 5 and 7-course dinner menu are €95, €115 and €155. Prices for 4, 5 and 7-course matching wines for dinner are €50, €60, and €80. Prices for the 2 and 3-course lunch menu are €35 and €45. Prices for the 3 and 4-course matching wines for lunch are €25 and €35.
