That is how they chose their name. And/or symbolises the exchange of new ideas and their opposite. It is the play on creativity. Karen’s goal is to make you rethink the way you eat. With a heavy accent on sustainability, she tries to promote a no/low-waste notion within the hospitality community. The interior of the restaurant is stunning. The combination of concrete, wood and neutral colors is spot-on, very trendy and chic. The bar in the middle of the room really draws the eye. Most of the food is prepared here, really cool.
